Such a beautiful place with good customer service, something that's truly missing nowdays in most places but this restaurant has the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. We went there for a special occasion and everything was so good, food was absolutely delicious. Will def come back again!

Where do we start! Elliott was amazing from the start to the end. Extremely professional, friendly and had great recommendations!! The food was insane. Gorgeous with good balanced flavours. Amazing ambience. Would 100% recommend. Wish they did a tasting menu

The food and service were amongst the best I have had in Bournemouth, really quite standout. My partner and I had a starter and main each, along with a bottle of wine, totalling 108.81. It was certainly a meal for a special occasion, but we left totally satisfied with our choice. For those looking to commemorate/ celebrate, I would suggest looking no further.

I love it here, it makes me feel so happy every time i come! We always eat here when in Bournemouth. I was in Bournemouth for the weekend and ate there twice. Friday night special chateaubriand and then Sunday roast. Sunday roast is a bargain at 26 per head for 3 courses. Excellent quality. I wish we lived closer. This is the only restaurant I recommend to people I know because I am confident the food will always hit the mark. Photos from the last 3 meals we have eaten here. I cannot recommend this place enough I have gotten all my work colleagues to go here for special events, I should get commission! I love it here and almost don't want to review it because I worry at some point it will get so popular I won't be able to book a table!

Absolutely loved the vibe and food at this place. After a few disappointing meals around Bournemouth, we came across this place. The chef here does truly experiment with flavours and textures. Would highly recommend them to anyone willing to see what elevated British cuisine can look like.

The staff at Arbor were very professional, welcoming and kind. I came for the afternoon tea (which can be requested vegan in advance!)and was impressed with the quality of the food. Everything was delicious and there were many small touches by the staff that made the experience one that I want to repeat again regularly!

A gem of a restaurant - first class food, wonderfully creative and beautifully presented. Very attentive service from friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of carefully chosen wines. Strongly recommended, a real treat.

Lovely afternoon tea in the Arbor - beautiful decor. Really good food with interesting alternatives to finger sandwiches (sausage roll, smoked salmon and cheese I think); superb scones and the jam and cream was plentiful. The only thing I would change, and this is often the case with afternoon tea, is I'd like more savoury and less sweet. Scones and cakes is a little too much! Great attentive staff and unrushed sitting.
